747 swap - TCC control using kick down output from ECM

The transmission in question is a Turbo 350 3 speed. There are pressure 
switches tapped into the valve body that control when the TCC is applied. 
The target vehicle has a ported vacuum operated switch that closes during 
cruise conditions. The vacuum is tee'd off of the EGR port on the Qjet.

On my other vehicle the 4L60 also has similar switches and is factory wired 
to L/U in 4th gear only, the original application for this transmission is 
a '91 Camaro. The valve body is configured to allow WOT operation in 4th 
gear. I bought the transmission direct from GMX ( factory rebuilt).

Curious what trans your dealing with...
All the GM 200-4R's, 700-R4's, 4L60E, 4T60E, if power and ground were
applied to the TCC solenoid, they would lock up in 2nd gear and up...
None of the shift kits etc, had an option to change the hydraulics to only
lock up in 3rd or higher, so how did you accomplish it?
