promedit - will it edit?

I have been using promedit to map my 7165 / "APYP" (89 vette) which I will
put on the ftp shortly. It's pretty complete, 56 entries. I want to thank
Wayne for an extremely useful piece of software, "ECMGUY" for the
"education" gleaned from his listings (although I still have a lot of
questions), and everybody on this list for their help (spent some time in
the archives).

It seemed to me that I modified the .bin with promedit some time ago but
maybe it was in my dreams. Does promedit have an edit capability and if it
does how do I access it?
