As a mater of fact I have, the complete listing of older Broadcast codes are
on  the CD, these files descrive the application for each chip.

Most of the 96 and on stuff is made up of multiple part numbers, with
individual checksums for each section.

All segments of the souce code are identified by a  GM P/N as you list
below. Typicaly there will be 5 - 8 different part numbers to make up a
complete calibration. the Flash chisps are aproaching 8 meg.
