CAGS?????

If any one is interested in "why CAGS ?", the answer is another acronym:
CAFE. GM was selling too many performace cars and not enough Metros. If the
dropped too far they would be slapped with the "Gas Guzzler" tax. To avoid
it one of the things used was CAGS. No safety or user preference involved,
just trying to avoid a tax.
