This is a summary for anyone else interested in a '92 f-body
CALPAK for a manual transmission.

Shannen posted the following part numbers:

16163138 for 5spd, Fed, w/AC
16163070 same application, w/ 245/50/ZR16 tires.  
16163066 same application, w/ 235/55R16, w/ 215/60R16 tires.

with help from Peter Fenske, I have the following information to add;

16163138:
	90-92 F5.0F (LB9), M/trns (mk6)
	5668 atnx; 5504 awfz; 9138 anjs; 9508 anjj; 3160 axyc
	note: 
          Being 90-92, I believe this is for the milder cam and
            3.08:1 rear axle ratio

16163070:
	92 F5.0F (LB9), M/trns (m39) 16" tire opt (QLC)
	5518 awfx; 3072 axxd
	notes:
	  bin for 3072 axxd in at
	     http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~davis/z28
	  I _believe_ this bin is for the the LB9 with the more
	    aggressive cam and the G92 axle option (3.42:1 ratio)

16163066:
	92 F5.0F (LB9), M/trns (m39) 16" tire opt (QPE),(QMT)
	5514 awfw; 3067 axxc
	notes: 
	  I _believe_ this bin is for the the LB9 with the more
	    aggressive cam and the G92 axle option (3.42:1 ratio)

() the regular cam is 179/194 @0.050, 0.350"/0.384", lc=109
() the cam with the G92 5-speed option is 
     202/207 @0.050, 0.413"/0.428", lc=114
