Vehicle Speed Sensor,
can have many applications in the software, ie:
Deccleration fuel cut-off
Idle Air Control, reset
Torque converter clutch apply
Speed shut off
EGR apply only when car is moving.
Knock sensor only active when car is moving
Grumpy
