VSS Omit???

The biggest issue with the VSS is the way the ECM resets
the idle (IAC specifically) circuits at a given speed. With
no VSS it *may* be OK until the first time you need to R&R
the IAC. Then the step counts will likely (surely?) be outta
whack.
