I don't know if you know this, but while the 808+165 are basically the same 
ecm, the US+AUS applications are entirely different.
  ie 808 is MAP (v-6, that I've seen DIS), and the US 165 is MAF Distributor.
Also, the 808 Prom stuff is very short in lenght conpared to the US
