808<->165 on TPI for MAP<->MAF

ASBX.bin, you couldn't get?.  If no one volunteers it I got it at home.

It is totally different. Better part of a 1/3 of the (128K) prom is blank.
Also, some minor wiring changes. Again wiring at FTP.
