94 Camaro shifting problem

Is is possible that the ecm wasn't adjusted for the gear ratio change? if
not, the ecm is seeing the wrong speed, and that can effect a lot of
things... like TCC lockup, and speed of changing gears.  Although, since you
went to a 3.73 from a 2.73, you would think it would locking up even
earlier, and shifting even earlier... hmmmm perhaps there is an OVER
correction problem with the software that was made for the ecm?
