94 Camaro shifting problem

I'd bet on valve body/governor problems for the WOT shift. I'm not a trans
expert by any means, but in the earlier 200-R4s and 700-4Rs the shift at WOT
is based on the governor. I've heard of this happening with Trans-Go shift
kits, as well.
