First you need to have access to the window on the top of the EPROM chip
for erasing the EPROM.
Then, just an adapter from the 66 pin header to the 28 pin socket... It
will have to be homemade as there isn't anything commercial available.  As
far as picking up a spare, check with the bone yards... Probably get one
for 5 bucks instead of the $40-$50 the dealer wants.
