Actually got thinking of that... Response at idle will be slower, because 
the exhaust is much cooler and the flow is much slower.  That's why PCM's 
without heated O2 sensors have an open loop idle with Fuel cal set in a 
fixed table and it's usually A/F ratio Vs RPM Vs Engine Temp
