I've fixed the problem.  One of the wires from the MAP was cracked and
corroded deep in the harness.  I don't know why considering all of the
other wires in the area were great and it was so deep in the harness.  I
just noticed I wasn't getting the same reading at the MAP and at the end
of the harness.
