>the 808 is the same computer as the VR one.

No, not true. For starters the VR's used either the 424 (for the auto, twice
the size PCB, picture is on the FTP) or the 082, which looks like an 808
until you lift the lid. The 082 is not simply an 808 with the 'extra' chip
fitted, majority of the major I.C's are the same, however the whole PCB
layout is changed and the 'what is that!!' 16 pin DIL fitted to the 808 is
gone.

>once you get 8192 hardware in a 1227808
>just slip in a VR memcal and Bob's your uncle..

What about the serial data BCM check that all VR programs do?, in an 808
with a VR Memcal does this not happen for some reason?, is this some amazing
security breach Holden has overlooked!!, how to steal a VR - Fit an 808?.
Sorry, not buying it.

>I have ran VR bin's in my 808 vn commodore because I don't have U2
>8192 hardware in my 808 I can't use a scan tool but It works perfectly al
other ways..

Again, the Security, no pass key validation from the BCM, no Inj.
I could believe a VR '082' ECM in a VN running a VN program would work.

Please enlighten me....
