ALDL Pinout (12 Volts?)

I'm trying to compile more generic ALDL information.

I've seen a few references to 12 Volts (switched from ignition)
on ALDL pin H (12 pin plug). Has anyone seen a non-Australian 
vehicle with 12 Volts on H, or any other pin for that matter?

If there's no 12 Volts on H, then what's H used for?
