Heads up code at 0x5800, and Log ram at 0x5000

Sorry I don't have an tech info, but GM has used two types of HUDs for
powertrain development one was used for HC11 type processors (Motorolla, 
machine language) was made by AED the other was for CASM processors (Texas 
Instruments, compiled Modula)was made by DE.  Newer instrumentation may have 
been introduced in the three years since I have been there.  The AED 
instrumentation may be available used, but you need a emulator for the 
processor.  Don't even think about getting the DE instrumentation (read 
proprietary and very expensive).
