Turbo LT-1....now bent rods

Sorry for the nonefi content (except that efi engines break more things).

How was the rod bearing on the bent one??  Mine was gone - still carrying 50 lbs
at idle with no insert.  The rod siezed on the crank, bent, the released, at
least that is what I assumed. the piston was really banging on the crank throws.
