The only MAP 165 is the holdens, and the diacom for that is very limited,

You'll never really know till ya try, on something like this.  I'd try that 
first, and see what happens.

If it ran well with a small Q-Jet I'd say it would at leaast do well.

165 and MAF is easier for the first timer than a MAP.  But, personally I 
like MAPs.  The 730 thou, is a very good unit, and using Diacom with it is 
the berrires.

There are some really large Bosch units.  Generally the TPI injectors are a 
universal lenght/diam..  Some maybe a 1/8" short but work fine from what 
I've heard.

Do yourself a favor, and get a used/new diacom.  After 100's of ecm bench 
time. Using that with a 730 is the only way to go in my book.
