What started me off on chips was about the same deal. Two free reprograms.
They charged me one of free reprograms, since they sent me a manual tranny
chip for my autp application, them saying I must have made a mistake, ya
right, I forgot what tranny my car has in it....
Anyway, I just wish you had a stock car with the same ecm to get your
feet a little wet with first. You'll be playing a great deal with things
depending on how far off they are in their calibration, but once you
compare a stock calibration to their then you should have a indication of
what is who.
After playing with many scanners, i'll repeat, try to find a used
diacom+, and an old laptop. Being able to record, and replay is a joy.
