Holley Projection 4Di - replica?? Recipe??

Fred and all,

If someone wanted a Holley Projection 4Di type setup(900 cfm version),
but didn't wanna drop the big bucks to cover Holley's overhead, would
you or someone else on the list be willing (or already offer) the same
type setup from already existing (i.e. factory) parts? or even a REALLY
specific recipe to make one up from factory parts? 
(Just a simple TBI w or w/o ignition control? (ignition control
preferred, of course, but can do without if cost savings are great
nuff?)

Port injection would be optimal, but TBI can be settled for....for
now....

I would LIKE a lil better gas mileage as well as cockpit control of a/f
ratio and maybe ignition...

Future addition of blower or turbo's is eminent.   Nitrous may be
optional....short block is built for up to 900 hp and I would like to
possibly push that envelope on a daily basis... or at least be able
to....

ANYONE?
