94 LT1 Camaro OBD1 PCM

i have 94 LT1 camaro with its OBD1 PCM. i wondered if it is possible to
download what ever the PCM has in it into a floppy disk  3.5" ? is there
a way to do that? what cables i would need? what software is needed?
also do i need a notebook comptuer? what if i want to put a program into
the PCM from a floppy disk 3.5"?
