[Jeff Flanary]

Does anyone know anything about the 16196911 ECM.  It is out of a 94 Camaro
w/3.4.  Is it OBD I, OBD II or what, and how could you change it to be used
w/ a non computer controlled 700R4?  Thanks, Jeff
