Timing computations

Can any speak with authority if this is correct:
It would seem to be there are variants in the actual program for
Distributor, DIS (crank reluctor type {7 notch}), and DIS (hall effect
switch sensors).
  The only hacs that I've seen are for distibutor stuff, any one know of any
DIS (reference the above types) commented hacs?.
