Shawn,
   If you are trying to talk to a 94/95 LT-1 PCM, there is one more
software package to try.  You can try out the scanner from
www.carputing.com  The free version only shows the engine parameters on
the screen, the $50 version also shows all your trouble codes and logs
the data to a file during your run.  It works fine with
Win95/Win98/WinNT.   If this scanner sees a COM port error, it will
display the error message on the screen.
