ECMs interchangable?

Anyone know if a 16144288 and a 1227747 ECM are interchangeable?  Both can be 
used for 4.3 L 91-93 trucks per Ludis site. Both are C3 processor with 2732 
EPROM. Specifically, can the 16144288 be used on a 5.7L TBI with the larger 
injectors of the 5.7L?
