Um, what are you upgrading?  The 16198259 is just a 1227165 under a new
number.  Has your '165 gone bad or something?

Ludis, I think you just saved me over $200. If the only diff. is a new 
number. Im hoping its a throttle follower problem and is tunable. (vehicle 
wont decelerate) iac hangs for few seconds at fast idle after ive 
stopped...Dan
