ECM calibrations for upgraded Xfire

Mike,

I appreciate your comments and Bruce's comments. That's why I signed up for
the list. There are quite a few guys out there that want to have their
Xfires run better. I made the quantum leap with the change of heads/cam and
increasing intake flow rates. I have ordered EMP-10 and eraser so I can make
changes to chip. Some issues I have aren't performance oriented but with
operation of 4+3 trans. If anybody made upgrades for Xfires they made fewer
if you have manual trans since only about 3000 Xfires were built with
manuals. The ECM programming is new territory for me and have begun reading
the 101 basics. As I said to Bruce, I don't think that the present chip is
very far off especially since I have had the TBI units synchronized and
installed the Ram Air mod. I am looking for different bin files so this is
part of my "education" process. It would help me understand th operation of
the ECM and programming.

Thanks for your help,

Dominic
