Buy used, and overhaul.
Anything hitting a turbine wheel spinning at 100K rpm aint gonna be good.

I would be careful about coating the inside of the manifold. I would not
want any of that to come off & go through the $1500 turbo(s).  I would not
have a problem with coating on the outside, though
