Functionally they are the same (I beleive it was Carl Summers that said so).
I think there are 3 different masks used with those 2 ecms.

Does anyone know what the differences are between the 16196395 ECM and the
16197427 ECM? Has anyone compared the MEMCAL files between the two? Can the
ECMs be used in place of one another?
