   There's lots of talking about variables , just pointed to another one to 
add.
   Your'e right , with "most" street cars . detail like this doesn't matter 
, since
    the tune up and remainder of the vehicle combination are way off target 
anyway.
    Practically speaking , those on a low budget do what they have to do. IMO
