165 schematics and O2 circuit

This question is mainly for Ludis.  I was looking at the 165 schematics at
the O2 circuitry.  Looks to be a comparator.  Has "4.5" written inside the
device.  Is this a gain value?  Example, (O2HI - O2LO) * 4.5 = Output
voltage to ADC?
