tpi for an early jaguar

I had plugged lines originally.  They were plugged by the fuel fillers.
I pulled the line off at the rear parcel shelf area and blew them out with
compressed air.  They seemed to work, except that I had the gas smell
issue too.  I never took the time to mess with it.  The vent lines were kind
of old and cracked.  It would usually smell of gas in the trunk.  I used to
leave the trunk open to get rid of the smell.
I would blow compressed air into the vent system, (Tank fillers open!)
Not too much pressure and listen for hissing sound to find any leaks.
