Olds 350 donor

Its' time to get serious about replacing the anemic 'vin y' motor in my wife's Caprice wagon,  so I'm about to go shopping for an Olds 350 'R' motor.  What would be a suitable donor?  I'm thinking it'll be an early to mid '90s car,  since I'm looking for a FI motor,  harness,  and computer.
