89 MAF Volt to freq conversion

[the Fredericks]

I've been working on the stand-alone boost controller.  I'm slow, though;
too many other irons in the fire.  I'd like to do a MAF to MAP converter
next, but that assumes I get done with the boost controller...which may take
a while.  :-)
