Don't need cam sensor for non sefi, but still need reference point to
start coil sequence. Since cam sensor delivers a synch signal, it's
easy to think no cam sensor needed means no synch signal needed. 4
cyl DIS signal goes straight to the module, and begins with cyl 2/3
coilpack.
