Well, in most (just can't say every), prom the timing is ahead of the fuel,
starting at 0000, so there is a big clue. The conversions for timing d to
actual degrees and d to VE (fuel) can be found in the programming 101 stuff.
BTW, I don't atta glance see the redline change...

| 1. upped the timing a bit
| 2. leaned the fuel a tad
| 3. upped the rev limiter from 7,200 to 7,500 RPMs
