You'll have to look in the archives to
get the specifics but I believe it is
the way the ecm fine tunes the values in
the data tables. I'm not sure but it
could be a way to adjust the dyno tuned
parameters for each track (just reset
the block learn ? and drive it). I have
only seen it discussed here I've never
researched it.
