V-Maf Differences for Part #s

There are differences in MAF part numbers between my 89 (voltage type) and
say an 85 (voltate type) MAF.

Can someone tell me what the differences may be, generally?

Is it the curve? the range slightly? significantly??

no differences in the bore, and not the connector that I can tell.
