165 MAF computer

I have done a few and it has always improved horsepower and drivability -
more likely to be due to getting the tune "more right" than to a actual MAF
restriction.

Very easy wiring conversion with only having to move a few wires.

I am surprised that more people haven't tried the $5D  code in the 165
computer to run a MAP sensor - only down side is the low speed data although
there is a way around that if you use the later $5A which runs at the higher
rate (not yet fully hacked yet though ).
