eprom programers

I've seen them at JDR.  I was just at their store yesterday.  They don't
sell any programmers at all anymore.  The MCT stuff uses a small ISA
card in a PC with a fat ribbon cable leading into the programmer. 
Inside the programmer are a bunch of 8255's and 6821's (parallel I/O chips.)
