O2 voltage on Diacom

Is it common for the O2 voltage to vary radically?  I was suprised to see
the voltage going from 80mV to 875mV rather rapidly.  It did stabilize but
tended to bounce.  Is this normal, or the sign of a bad O2 sensor?

(Never used a Diacom before, so I don't know what to expect.)
