Voltage MAF with 1227730

Is a voltage output MAF ever used with the '730?  If so, what harness
pin does it connect to?  Likely candidates are B3 and E10.  Less likely
candidates are F11, F12, and B7.  Even less likely candidates are A3,
F14, and F15.  (The location where I could look this up is an asbestos
hazard until June.)

I also need circuit diagram names for the two types of MAF sensor.  Some
possibilities are MAFV, VMAF, MAFA, AMAF, MAFF, FMAF, MAFD, and DMAF.
