$5D .ecu file (1227808 MAP, 4/6/8)

As promised, I now have available 288 "items" in the $5D .ECU file, comprising 
243 individual bytes, 29 2D tables, 11 3D tables and 5 bit/flag bytes. All 288
items also have what I believe are the correct GM "variable" names.
