Gas mileage saga continues (Sorry, QUITE LONG)

Well, with the headers now it starts up in less than a second typically, not
so before.  It required a lower injector constant to give it more fuel and a
boost in the Injector PW correction vs. battery voltage table at lower
battery voltages.  This was the only way I could figure how to do it.

To answer your question, the vehicle is a 1989 Firebird 350 165ECM with
APYU3516 1989 code, MAF sensor, ...

I may have missed a bit of what is going on, but I noticed something 
about taking a while to start. If I may ask, what kind of vehicle is this 
on and what computer\code is being used?  Depending on what 
computer/code is in use, there is a way of fixing things to the point 
that the engine fires up in less than a second.
