mask 88h hac'd

Jeremy and I have hac'd the 730 88h mask. This is typically used on
6cyl vehicles. Both fwd and rwd. This hac is from the AZTY1407
memcal of a '92 3.1L Camaro.

It is mostly complete, we just got tired of working on it. All of the
major stuff is commented. There is also an .ecu file included that
Jeremy put together.
