Ok, now I'm confused. A yellow header isn't needed is it? Possibly neither is 
the black header listed along with it unless it is the one in a 1227165.

24 pin black connector - 12047946 (plugs into 7730)
32 pin black connector - 12045575 (plugs into 7730)
32 pin yellow connector - 12052052 (plugs into 7730)
terminals for above connectors - 12089660

The headers needed are from the 1227165 since the direction is from MAF to 
MAP and not the other way, correct? The question was, "are the 12047946 and 
12045575 the same ones that plug into a 1227165?" JW
