Bad oxygen sensor ?

BUT!!!!!  if it's reading over 500 mv it's pretty sure rich!
And below 400 mv it's pretty sure lean.!
How much?  Well that's the question.
Thing is if you are reading 400 mv at wot you are way too lean!
