10 LED O2 monitor

Try Jameco Electronics or JDR Microdevices for the LM3914.  Both
companies have web sites.

Whitney most certainly does have an LED bargraph O2 monitor.  Get a
catalog and start flipping pages.  I've seen it in several catalogs, and
a friend even bought one.
