Contribution to GMECM (AFR Modifier.exe)

Old days?.
I still do that if inna hurry, or just doing a look see on something I don't
have an editor for.  How about The Turbo Shop as being the only game in town
for doing anything.   If you ouldn't get things to work with 4 tables you
had to find mechanical answers.
